Stainless steel
--Ideal material for heat exchanger

• Safe, durable and anti-corrosive

Nowadays, there are heat exchangers made of different materials. Choosing the right material has a decisive effect on function and service life. Stainless steel enjoys a high reputation for its application in various advanced technologies and products.

PULITE is an advocate of stainless steel heat exchangers. For 18 years, it has been using stainless steel to produce plate heat exchangers, tube-fin heat exchangers, manifolds and related parts.

The stainless steel heat exchanger manufactured by PULITE excels in stain resistance, acid resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It does not require extensive preventive maintenance and is extremely reliable in use.

The stainless steel is stable in element, smooth in surface, and not easy to breed bacteria. The heat exchanger made of stainless steel can be widely used in various fields with high cleaning requirements such as food and pharmaceuticals.

The working fluid arrangement of the plate heat exchanger is the cold fluid on one side of the flow channel, the hot fluid on the other side of the flow channel, and the cold fluid on the lower side of the flow channel. In this way, the cold and hot fluids are interlaced so that the hot and cold fluids are exchanged. The heat exchange is fully carried out in the heat exchanger to maximize the efficiency.
